The ACE Baseline program is a FREE, 12-week community-based exercise program designed specifically for those living with and beyond cancer. This FREE, 12-week community-based exercise program designed specifically for individuals undergoing or recovering from cancer treatment, with circuit-style classes twice per week at Lethbridge Polytechnic Be Fit for Life Centre. This program has been designed to enhance your quality of life, helping you take back control over your health in cancer survivorship.
- Programs begin in September, January and April and are offered at no cost to new participants.
- The program is offered by qualified exercise professionals and addresses strength, balance, flexibility and general conditioning.
- It’s a positive and supportive environment and suitable for new and experienced exercisers.
