At Lethbridge Dopamine Boxing Club, our Parkinson’s & MS Boxing Program offers targeted, non-contact boxing classes three mornings a week (Monday/Wednesday/Friday at 10 a.m.). Created to empower individuals living with Parkinson’s disease and Multiple Sclerosis, the program emphasizes strength, balance, coordination, core stability, and flexibility through group fitness, tailored exercises, and boxing circuits—including bag work, pad drills, battle ropes, ladder drills, and stretching routines.
