This space is for anyone living with non-cancerous chronic pain in southern Alberta. Whether you’ve just started exploring your options or you’ve been with us for a while, you’ll find tools, updates, and ways to stay connected.
We support people with non-cancerous chronic pain—no diagnosis required. Our services include a class series, individual coaching, and team-based care to help you build skills and improve your quality of life.

Join us in-person at the Lethbridge Alberta Healthy Living Program office at 424 5th Street South OR on the computer using Zoom! Meetings are 90 minutes on the First Monday of the Month from 1:30 PM – 3:00 PM *unless otherwise specified* See the Menu of Option here

We offer support in person, by phone, or virtually - whatever works best for you. If traveling to us is a barrier, we can work with you over the phone or on a computer/tablet using Zoom.
