YMCA Lethbridge offers a variety of youth and sport programming for those 6 to 15 years old. All Sport program sessions run for 1 hour in length.

The Lethbridge Play Charter was adopted to educate and move towards a community that embraces play, including riskier and child-led play. The benefits of play are life-long and play is encouraged throughout everyone's life! Play can be indoor and outdoor, physical and creative, and solitary or with others. Family Centre is a community-based organization. It provides families, living in Lethbridge and Southwestern Alberta, with caring and respectful family support through a comprehensive range of prevention and early intervention services to children, youth, parents, grandparents and other family members. In 2004, Family Centre was recognized as a “Government of Alberta – Parent Link Centre”.

The Ministry identified that Parent Link Centres are “centres of excellence”.

Family Centre has a defined mission to strengthen capacities and encourage the best possible development of families in Southwestern Alberta. We will strengthen families using resources and supports that contribute to healthy relationships at home and in the community. Our vision is: Healthy Children! Healthy Families! Healthy Communities!
