Swimming (Synchro)

The Max Bell Regional Aquatic Centre hosts many of the community’s competitive swim clubs and water sport related clubs in Lethbridge, including the LA Swim Club (LASC), Masters Swim Club, Lethbridge Synchrobelles, Lethbridge Dive Club, Lethbridge Special Olympics and others.

The Stan Siwik Family Pool was constructed in 1974. Originally designed for synchronized swimming and diving programs, the pool has a rectangular 6 lane and 25 metre tank. There are two diving boards in full operation. A hot tub and fitness area were added during extensive renovations.

The Pool offers programs in condition swimming, open swim, aquajog, and other public programs such as senior, family and parent and tot swims. It also caters to school programs and swimming lessons during the winter season.

Our club has a rich thirty-year plus history of developing well-rounded athletes who love their sport and achieve their full potential. We are proud of our accomplishments and the accomplishments of our athletes and coaches. The club’s vision is to nurture passion and athletic ability in Synchronized Swimming.
