POSTNATAL CLASSES: BABY STEPS

• Recommended for babies 6 weeks to 6 months of age
• Cost $40
• 6-week series
• Mon, Tue or Wed afternoons from 1:30 – 3:30pm

What to expect:

• Baby friendly environment, rocking chairs (chill)
• Safe, supportive, judgement free space
• Evidence-based information
• Opportunity to meet other parents who are just figuring it out too
• Facilitated by a Public Health Nurse

Ask all the questions (yes, even those ones)

Stuff we’ll get into:

• Adjusting to parenthood (it’s a ride)
• Sleep, crying, and understanding baby cues
• Colds, car seats, babywearing, and starting solids
• Mental health, pelvic health, nutrition
• Navigating relationship changes (they’re real)
