We are a well established hockey school that has been running for over 13 years. We have quality instructors and have had many successful hockey players go on to play at a high level of hockey. We pride ourselves on many instructors on the ice and we do not have kids standing around. We run all year round but our main camps run throughout August to get everyone ready for the winter season.

West Wind Gymnastics Club is a not-for-profit, volunteer driven club. We provide athletes and club members with a safe, welcoming, challenging and fun environment where they can enjoy gymnastics activities.
We offer a variety of recreational programs from ages 18 months and up, including Parent and Tot, the CANGym badge program and Parkour. In addition to these programs, we offer birthday parties on the weekends, field trips for school groups, Christmas parties for families and businesses and adult classes.
Our competitive group is made up of both men’s and women’s pre-competitive and competitive athletes. They train hard so they can compete at competition all over Alberta and qualify for the Provincial Championships, Western Championships and National Championships.

The Vita Sana Fitness Certre is part of the group of facilities located within the 1st Choice Savings Centre for Sport & Wellness. The Fitness Centre has over 8400 square feet of space that is functional and user friendly for every level of fitness enthusiast.
The Stan Siwik Family Pool was constructed in 1974. Originally designed for synchronized swimming and diving programs, the pool has a rectangular 6 lane and 25 metre tank. There are two diving boards in full operation. A hot tub and fitness area were added during extensive renovations.
The Pool offers programs in condition swimming, open swim, aquajog, and other public programs such as senior, family and parent and tot swims. It also caters to school programs and swimming lessons during the winter season.
The Nicholas Sheran Leisure Centre was constructed on the West Side of Lethbridge in 1982 and it includes a swimming pool and one sheet of ice. The Gyro Spray Park is located behind the Leisure Centre. The pool is rectangular in shape, 25 meters long with two slides and a rope. There is also a wading pool, hot tub, sauna and fitness area equipped with appropriate equipment. The emphasis in this facility is on a total family leisure concept and it caters mostly to the young.
The Lethbridge Skating Club offers skating lesson programs for ages 3 to adult throughout the year at three different arena locations in the City. All levels of skating are welcome from beginner to competitive figure skater. Offering a sense of community connecting coaches and ice-skating enthusiasts in Lethbridge since 1939.
LAB provides social and recreational opportunities for people of all ages. The Association runs a bowling league from September thru April on Tuesday nights at the Holiday Bowl. There are numerous activities through the year and at least one organized activity every month including: BBQs, entertainment nights, raising awareness, as well as an annual walk. The annual walk was started in 2002 and raised money to provide service dogs to those in need.

Located within the Lethbridge Senior Citizens Organization building, a multipurpose 56,200 square foot senior centre located in the heart of the city. It is designed to be the community focal point on aging where older persons as individuals or in groups can come together for services, activities and sociability. The pool caters mostly to seniors and young children, with some adult programs such as conditioning swim. The pool is owned by the City of Lethbridge, but operated by a third party service provider.

It provides families, living in Lethbridge and Southwestern Alberta, with caring and respectful family support through a comprehensive range of prevention and early intervention services to children, youth, parents, grandparents and other family members. In 2004, Family Centre was recognized as a “Government of Alberta – Parent Link Centre”.
The Ministry identified that Parent Link Centres are “centres of excellence”.
Family Centre has a defined mission to strengthen capacities and encourage the best possible development of families in Southwestern Alberta. We will strengthen families using resources and supports that contribute to healthy relationships at home and in the community. Our vision is: Healthy Children! Healthy Families! Healthy Communities!
A community for mountain enthusiasts from around Southern Alberta to connect for mountain activities (e.g., scrambling, mountaineering, backcountry skiing, rock and ice climbing, hiking, etc.), mountain culture (e.g., film festivals, slide shows), and mountain leadership training (e.g., avalanche courses, ropework courses etc.). The section is developing a full schedule of mountain trips, but people must be members of the ACC — and our Southern Alberta Section — to participate in our ACC section’s activities.
